On the home stretch!

Day 6 is another Fuel Pull day, and I’ve put some of my favorites on it. I listed different morning and afternoon snacks, but I may substitute either (or both) of those for leftover Trim Train Taco Soup (from Day 5) if anything unexpected pops up today.

I fit comfortably into a pair of shorts that were too tight last week! Woohoo!

But I’m also hungrier than normal, so looking forward to getting back to Freestyling soon (alternating between E and S fuels like the normal THM plan).

Breakfast- 8am

3 scrambled eggs whites with sauted peppers, onions, and spinach, cooked in 1/2 tsp coconut oil

1 Wasa cracker (sub for 1 Wonder Wrap if gluten free)

1 cup coffee with FP coffee creamer (listed in Day 5) or a Trimmy (if dairy free)

Snack- 10:30am

2 cups bone broth

1 cucumber

1 wasa cracker (or 1 brown rice cake if gluten free)

Lunch- 1pm

large salad with 4 ounces chicken, cucumbers, peppers, vinegar, spices, and 1 tsp olive oil

Lemon Pucker Gummies

Snack- 3:30pm

collagen berry whip

Dinner- 6:30pm

Sweet and Spicy Asian Stir Fry from the original THM book with konjac noodles– this is SO filling, and I can’t believe it’s a fuel pull!
