Losing weight, keeping it off for good, and enjoying the ride along the way (while dancing in the TJ Maxx dressing room in a smaller size) is such an awesome feeling.
I love helping ladies lose the weight for good and get their sparkle back!
But it didn’t start out that way!
Even though I’m a physician assistant who’s worked in holistic health and run weight loss clinics, I still felt like my own goal weight was a struggle. After investing months to heal from adrenal fatigue, we were looking to start our family.
I was terrified that I would gain a ton of weight that I’d never lose.
That’s when I found the Trim Healthy Mama diet and learned a ton of things about myself and how I can eat healthy and actually enjoy it (and stick with it!).
I’ve had two healthy pregnancies (with only the recommended weight gain), and I’ve lost the baby weight twice to get back to goal weight for good.
I actually weigh less now than I did in college or when I ran a marathon!
And that’s exactly what Goal Weight For Good is all about.
